Terms of use

Scope

These terms govern your use of the Thoma marketing site at thoma.software, the demo sandbox at demo.thoma.software, and the trial-signup flow at thoma.software/trial. Use of the Thoma application itself (whether evaluation or paid) is governed by the End User License Agreement (EULA) presented at install time and, for paying customers, by the Software License Agreement executed separately.

Acceptable use

By using this site or the demo sandbox you agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise the site or sandbox
• Use the demo sandbox to store data subject to legal-hold or regulatory retention obligations (the sandbox is automatically purged after inactivity)
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary content beyond ordinary browsing
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or other unlawful content
• Use the trial signup with falsified identity for the purpose of avoiding rate limits or evading prior bans

Demo sandbox

The demo sandbox is a disposable, time-limited environment provided "as is" for evaluation purposes. We do not guarantee uptime, data persistence, or feature availability of the sandbox. We may modify, restrict, or discontinue the demo sandbox at any time without notice.

Trial signup

A trial license issued via this site grants the recipient time-limited and seat-limited use of the Thoma application subject to the EULA presented at install time. Trial licenses are non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or revoke trials in cases of abuse.

Intellectual property

The Thoma application, branding, marketing copy, and all related materials are the intellectual property of the vendor. Nothing on this site grants you any license to the underlying source code or trademarks beyond what is expressly granted in the EULA and (for paying customers) the Software License Agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, demo sandbox, and any content provided are made available "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the vendor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the marketing site, demo sandbox, or trial-signup flow, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the vendor is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
